Google acquires Wiki Tool maker JotSpot

Google has acquired California based JotSpot for an undisclosed sum.

The news comes from separate web log postings by the two companies ( or now ONE company).
The company started by Joe Kraus and Graham Spencer develops online collaboration tools or Wiki tools as it is popularly known.

Currently, JotSpot is being moved to Google's software architecture. So new JotSpot registrations have been disabled.

This news comes days after Google's $1.65 billion acquisition of YouTube.
