Safari patch for Windows released

This development was expected. After Apple released a public beta of its Safari browser for Windows, reports trickled out about vulnerabilities in the browser within hours.

And Apple has reacted. Apple has patched the browser and Safari version 3.0.1 public beta has been made available at Apple's site.
Considering how quickly Apple released the patch, they may have fixed the 0 day exploit that was discovered in the browser.
Also, it also won't be surprising if more patches are lined up.
