If you are interested in learning a foreign language but don't know from where to start, Mango may be your answer.

Mango is a website where you can learn foreign languages for free. The best part; it is quite interactive where you can just hover the mouse cursor over words to see the pronounciations. And one only has to click on them to hear the words, again and again.

Select a course and a lesson begins automatically. The instructions in the beginning of a lesson are followed by tests.

At present Mango offers courses in :

English for Spanish and Polish speakers.

So check the site and do write in your thoughts about it in the comments section. If you know any similar sites, feel free to share it with everyone.

does it teach you grammer, verb conjugation and sentence structure?

can you be fluent in reading and writing the language after taking the mango course?

or is it just to pick up some phrases for when you go to travel there?

also, do they test you on your progress?
@Anon- Only your third question can be answered in a 'yes'. Mango is only for the absolute beginners who are interested in learning some common phrases.
